111kab reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including copies of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 111kab reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds if fraudulent or inaccurate registration information is discovered at any time.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 111kab account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether the action was authorised by you personally.

• Do not share your login credentials, PIN, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your 111kab account, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other websites or applications.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to 111kab support immediately.

Withdrawal requests at 111kab are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.

Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard credits may take 1 to 3 working days.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 111kab may require you to complete identity verification by providing:

In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000, is available to new registered players who have not previously held an account with 111kab. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.

The following general conditions apply to all 111kab bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its promotion page.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.

• If 111kab suspects that a player is exploiting bonus terms — through matched betting, arbitrage, or collusion — it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and close the account.

The following general betting rules apply across all sections of 111kab:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. 111kab reserves the right to change these limits without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be deemed void and stakes returned. Any winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty session may be withheld pending investigation.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a system error, 111kab reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was noticed by the player at the time of betting.

Live in-play betting markets at 111kab are subject to slight delays between real-world events and the update of odds on the platform. 111kab reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of a market has effectively been determined, even if the market was technically still open when the bet was placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111kab platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, their remaining balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — whether or not the exploit was discovered accidentally
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information improperly in multiplayer game contexts
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposits
• Money laundering or using 111kab for any transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity while using the platform
• Accessing 111kab on behalf of another person or allowing your account to be used by another person

111kab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to policy violations, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 111kab's support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons can be processed immediately at your request.

111kab takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to every 111kab account holder, accessible directly through account settings:
